No, but LO is almost 4 months old and sleeps like a log. I am hoping this continues. Good luck.

Yes! When i was back home, LO fell asleep in the car 10 minutes before we got to my grandma's. I was parked for 30 minutes, and i was dying because i had to pee so badly!

@MrsRcCar: That's great! Wish my LO slept that well!
@caffeinated: Haha I had to pee sooo badly today, too! Thankfully she woke up within 20 minutes so I was okay

No. She doesn't sleep very well anywhere but her/our bed so I take her out and will go nurse her back to sleep... otherwise she'll nap a whopping 20 minutes and then be cranky and awake.

My parents used to do that with me all the time. My dad would get out and hang out with the neighbor next door while I napped in the car (which is not so safe, I now realize, but I guess I never overheated and definitely never got kidnapped).

Oh yeah - She's always been a light sleeper, so we do whatever it takes to let her continue to sleep. Daycare helped out with that a little bit, so she can sleep through some noises now. But before we can bring her out of the car, we always have to go into the house, let the dogs out (because they're too loud when we get home), take my heels off (if I'm wearing them), and then carefully tiptoe her into the house, desperately hoping that there won't be any loud sounds in the 10 sec it takes to get her from the car to the house. LOL

Yes all the time. But we always sit in the car with LO and have the A/C running. DD is such a bad sleeper so we'll take any break she gives us. Otherwise, she'll wake up the minute we try to carry her out of the car, gets super cranky, and refuses to go back to sleep

Yep! Sometimes I just recline the chair and take a snooze myself!

Yes, we kept the infant seat for as long as possible because of that. Thank goodness for HB and the Kindle app, they keep me entertained while waiting. If we get home while he is napping, I clean and organize the garage while waiting- it looks really nice these days!

All. The. Time. I keep a book in the car for just this reason. I long for a house with an attached garage so that I could go in and go about my life, and not just sit there.
