I don't feel even 1% guilty!
I feel like I get hours and hours with Charlie every morning though, so that's probably a big factor. If I had to get to work early, then I would probably wrestle a lot more with guilt!

No I do not feel guilty, but I do miss her a lot when she is away from me.

Do you mean, like, in general (like sending LO to daycare or having a nanny?) or do you mean when you want a date night or something?
I feel guilty asking my mom or MIL to watch LO because she's a handful! I don't feel guilty sending her to daycare because she has lots of fun with her friends and there are two teachers there.

@mrbee: They NEVER mind but I know that they get tired so because of that I always feel guilty.
