sometimes in between boob switches, LO spits up... but he's fussy because he's still hungry... as long as he wants it, i feed him after a good burp...

Yes! I still feed her if she seems hungry. She usually spits up after a full feeding though and isn't hungry. But if she was fussy and still hungry, I'd still feed her again!

If it's after a feeding, no. I may up her next feeding time by 15-30 minutes though.
If it's in between boobs, I would still offer the second boob.

If he is still hungry I will feed him. He doesn't spit up very much though.
