It used to happen more often, but every now and then I get this tingling in my breast in between nursing sessions. I think it's my breasts refilling? Anyone else experience this?

I do every once in a while. I have heard letdown described like that. It happened more in the first few months.

I only feel a tingling when I have a letdown, never in between.

@Bao: I sometimes feel it at letdown as well.
I guess another way to describe is it feels like pins and needles in my breasts.

Yep, I get the pins and needles feeling when my breast refill. It's great because then I know it's almost time to feed my LO again!

I do. It's nice to know they're still working, as I'm way past the engorgement, uncomfortable, leaking days.

I used to get it after 2 hours like clockwork. Now it's every once in awhile, especially if it's been awhile since the last session.

Yes! I get this in between- I figured it was let down, feels the same when he starts eating. I leak a little when I feel the pins and needles still - ESP on my left side

I thought it was just when I let down. If I go longer than 3 hours without pumping or feeding my milk lets down. My right boob leaks whenever it happens.

@hellobeeboston: @JessLC: I don't leak when I feel it. It does feel like let down though. I figured it was just my boobs filling with more milk.

yup! and just when i start to worry about my supply and i start to feed him, i feel it happen on both sides one after another! i find it reassuring now.

Yup its pretty cool. Makes me feel like they are doing their job.
