Can someone explain what tingly breasts feel like? Is it an itchy sensation? Or more like the way your leg feels when it "falls asleep" after sitting on it?

It kind of feels like when your nips get cold. At least, it did for me.

Only time I had tingly breast is when BF. It feels like tingling.. Tingling you would get in any other body part.

My breasts only tingle(d) when I nurse. Kinda like when your foot falls asleep!

I assume you're asking as a TWW symptom. My breasts got very render every cycle, especially on the sides. The cycle I got my BFP, they were sore and a bit tingling all over, especially right under the nipple. It hurt to take a shower.
I also get massive tingling during letdown, but that's a whole other topic.
