We have a minicrib but when LO is older we will buy the kit to convert it to a twin bed.

Ours only goes to a toddler bed. But we have a pretty much brand new twin bed so I wasn't too worried about it!

Yes, but we're not going to use it that way any time soon. LO will go to a floor bed at around 18months and #2 will use the nursery someday.

It's supposed to go to a toddler bed, but I don't have the rail for it, and I'm not sure that I actually will.

Yes, and the next crib we plan on getting is a convertible crib as well.

It goes all the way to full, but we're going to do bunk beds anyway so I don't know how much use we're going to get out of it.

Same as you - mini crib to twin. One piece of advice we got was to buy the conversion kit now. A friend of ours had a convertible crib, and by the time they needed the twin, the model had been discontinued and they couldn't get the conversion kit!

Yep! Converts to a toddler and full size bed. I already have my toddler sheets and pillow cases!
