Crap. I just put dd down for a nap. -.-
She probably won't go to sleep til 8-8:30 now.
Usually she's out by 6:30p when she doesn't nap.

If LO HAAAAD to take a late nap, I would limit it to about 45 minutes. But in the past when she's taken a late nap like that, she still managed to go to bed sort of near her normal time.

DD just turned 3, so sometimes I opt for no nap instead of a late nap. But if I had to put her down late (or if she walked up stairs, into her room, and laid down ~ which has happened before) I would wake her up by 5.

I do but I make sure to wake him up at a decent hour. Otherwise he won't go to bed until WAY later.

We are probably the worst parents ever when it comes to sleep. DS has such a sleep issue (so hard to get him to sleep and he doesn't stay asleep long) that if/when he finally falls asleep we let him sleep....even if that means I have to stay at my parents or not go anywhere. It's part guilt that I feel bad he can't sleep and part I don't want to wake the beast up.

Lo is usually ok if she takes a later nap. She usually naps at 1:30, but if she's late because were out or she pooped so she couldn't sleep or something she will still go to bed at 8:20.
