Do you ever limit (relatively) healthy foods for your toddler? Like, limiting how much fruit they can have so they don't get an upset stomach? Or as i am worried about tonight, an entire box of frozen cheesy broccoli?
Part of me is thrilled that she ate so much broccoli (she also will eat t plain but really loves the one with cheese sauce). Part of me is worried she's going to fart herself awake tonight...
(She also ate some noodles and tasted beef stew by didn't like it. But she tried it which is the important part).
Am I overthinking this? Do you limit healthy foods or let them regulate themselves. She is 2.
