Apples with peanut butter, granola, pita chips and a light cheese - like the type that South Beach diet recommends, the stuff that comes in a wheel and is in triangles?

@artbee: I know exactly what recipe you're talking about and they are SO good! Especially when they're super crispy right when you take them out of the oven. Yummmm.
@Running Elley: Yay, so glad to hear! I've done a couple of pinterest recipes that were fails, and I was worried that one would be too. Now I just have to find the time to make them!
@artbee: I have definitely had some not so good ones to, that's why I just had to let you know that it's worth the try I've made them with a bunch of different seasonings too, once I even used a little ranch seasoning on them and they basically came out cool ranch flavored. It's a super versatile and pretty easy to prep one

Green apples with really sharp cheddar cheese. Other types of cheese, fruit, KIND bars, yogurt, tuna snack packs (the kind that come with a little spoon and crackers, premixed), avocado diced up, leftover whole grain/veggies based salads, cucumber slices with laughing cow wedge.
@Running Elley: Wow, that sounds yummy! And I just pinned the different seasonings that you need for ranch the other day. Thanks!
@emahlee: My husband doesn't like that. I think he's so weird! I just found something on pinterest where it's frozen bananas and peanut butter. Can't wait to try it!

@Running Elley: I made the chick peas- loved them! I'm planning to make some for LO's birthday to have out- much healthier than chips and still yummy!
@emahlee: Haven't tried it yet, but I don't see how bananas and peanut butter could go wrong. http://www.freecoconutrecipes.com/index.cfm/2012/3/21/peanut-butter-banana-cups
