Hi everyone! Now that I had the baby and have been breastfeeding for almost 5 weeks, I can say that I've never been this hungry even throughout pregnancy. When I wake up in the middle of the night for feedings (still every 1-5 hours depending on the night), I'm starving! So far, I've been eating trail mix and granola bars, but I feel hungry again too soon. I'd also like to get back into pre-baby shape and don't want a ton of junk calories.

Do you have any recommendations for low-calorie snack food that is easy to have in the house, easy to eat especially while in a trance in the middle of the night, filling but not heavy, and not too caloric?
