in our wakeup nursing session, he usually only nurses from one side, unless he's reallllly extra hungry. the rest of the day he nurses from both! (5.5 mths)

Ususally just one. But on work days she'll often take both sides before bed since I've pumped all day my boobs are little more empty than usual. On the weekends when we're together all day she only ever takes from one side.

I always offer both, since I have supply issues and want to make sure each breast is getting good stimulation throughout the day. She usually has a good long feeding from one side, and then a shorter on the other. I try to make sure and offer the opposite order at each feeding.

Yep - my left side is an underproducer, so I always start on the left, and then offer the right.

Yup, I had oversupply in the beginning (although I think I've regulated by now), so we got into a one-side routine. He's usually still fine with just one side. Sometimes if he's really fussy I'll offer the 2nd side. Sometimes I end up doing both because he likes the right better than the left and I want to make sure the left gets it's fair share of time

When I had over supply I only nursed 1 side, except during growth spurts. After my supply dropped off, we switched to both sides.
