He looves seasoning! He won't eat eggs or rice without soy sauce 
We put cinnamon in his oatmeal, and he eats curry as well. He loves Mexican food! Now he won't eat bland food haha

when can you give your LO things like cayenne? I cayenne/hot sauce/siracha on almost everything I eat!! I know it should be more mild than my normal food....

Yup. She had taco seasoning on her ground beef tonight. Cinnamon goes on Applesauce, cumin on chicken and potatoes. Mmmm.

Yup. My daughter can handle seasoning better though. My son hates soy sauce. I don't know anyone who doesn't like soy sauce. They can both handle a bit of hot spice too.

P eats just about whatever we eat so yep.
