Do you take fenugreek to boost your supply? How much are you taking?
I was taking 2 capsules a day but I read on Kelly Mom that its not enough. I'm going to start taking 2 caps 3 times a day now.
How much do you take and when did you start seeing a change in your supply?

I was taking it/do take it when I notice a low supply. I take 3 capsules 3 times a day. If you smell like maple syrup, you are taking enough!

I found that it helped when I took a combination of fenugreek, blessed thistle, and More Milk Plus. I started off with 2 capsules twice a day, but in order to really see results, needed to increase to 3 capsules 3 times a day.

I took 9-12 a day as well. I never noticed that I smelled like maple syrup, but I definitely noticed an increase in my supply.

i took more milk plus tincture the first time around, and the second time around i took more milk plus, fenugreek and mother's milk tea. i made less milk the second time around.

I took fenugreek and blessed thistle. It was 9-12 of each capsule per day!

I used to take 3 capsules 3 times a day. Now that my supply's established, I just take 3 capsules once a day. I think it helped!

I'm taking more milk plus and was following the directions (1 capsule 4 times a day) and it's not doing anything to my supply! Is it safe to take more than the recommended dose?

I took 2 capsules 3x a day for 10 weeks and didn't see a boost in my supply. I was about to quit pumping but got re-inspired and asked my ob to rx me something and I have been taking reglan since and I do think it is helping.

I'm taking 2 cap, 3x a day, and saw a tiny increase. I started drinking Mothers Milk (hot tea) 3x per day (in addition to the fenugreek) and I've seen a bit more increase. After reading l the other comments, I may increase the fenugreek to 3 cap 3x per day.
