During our most recent session we tried three positions each boob because we just weren't having a good time.

In the mornings I just lay on my side and side feed her while I wake up. For the other feedings I just do the typical lay her across my lap. ( can't remember the proper names! )

I tried a few different positions in the early days but I stuck with cross cradle (I think that's the name).

When LO was a newborn I did. I have/had fast let down and super fast flow so I would constantly try different positions to see if I could help with that. Now it's slowed down so I just do the cross cradle.

I used to when LO was a newborn. She had trouble latching on my right side, so we would change it up so she would latch.

When DS was a newborn we tried a lot of different BF positions because he had problems with my fast letdown. We tried cradle, football, uphill (so many different uphill positions)...
With DD she's never had any issues so I just stick to cradle almost all the time. The only time I ever do anything different is during her middle of the night feeding- sometimes I bring her into bed and nurse her laying down on my side.

When she was really little, we always just did the cross cradle (I think-- the "regular" one). Now in the morning we will do side laying, so I can stay laying down for a little longer, and the rest of the time cross cradle on the Brest Friend.
She has been stuffy this week so I have actually been trying different positions to try and keep her head higher than her body to just to let it drain a little. But generally we don't switch it up.

When he was little and had issues latching, I would try other positions, but I always ended up going back to cradle and cross cradle. It was the only ones that really worked for us and we still use them today at 12 months.

When teeny tiny, yes! Lot's of positions. Things worked one day but not the next day!
Now we're in a groove and have been for a while (11 months) so it's always the standard cradle.

In the beginning I tried the football and cradle hold, but then after the first few months I just stuck with the regular cradle hold on boppy.

In the first couple months I feel like I tried them all! Now that she's older, she's the one with the different positions! Ha.

When she was little, I used all sorts of different positions.
Now, if its late at night and I'm tired, we nurse side-lying, but otherwise, we just go with regular cradle hold.

i dont even know if i can call them positions anymore...she's been really distracted lately so i'll try anything. standing on one foot while dancing back and forth and leaning forward with her upright...what's that one called? it seems to be her favorite lately
but under normal circumstances it was side lying for her last feeding of the night and first of the morning and either cradle or sitting up on me during the day. i'm of the "whatever works" camp. i dont care if it looks pretty as long as my baby eats.
