I just started leaking quite a bit a day ago so I busted out my milk savers. Definitely worthwhile to wear them. If you leak, I highly recommend them. I don't know what they are called exactly. Mine are from Avent and I got them with DD1.

I had never heard of those before. LO used to waste so much while she was learning to BF and I would leak and make a mess, this would have been so nice to have!

I got the Milkies off BabySteals the last time they had them. Can't wait to try them out as I felt I wasted a lot of leaking milk the first time around.

I used them while I was still leaking and they were great. No effort and I could put away 5 ounces in a day or two. Love them

I use milkies and yesterday morning I was able to collect .5 oz of let down! I was so happy!

@bunnylove08: I was reading reviews and people complain about spillage. Does that happen to you? I like my Avent ones because they do not spill even if I bend over.

When I first looked at these I noticed some reviews mentioning how it only collects foremilk, so there's less fat in the milk then what you would get by bf your baby or pumping. I didn't look into it too much since my supply was pretty good from the beginning, but it was something that I would be a little bit worried about if my stash was compiled exclusively from milk savers.

@LaineysMom: I pump after I nurse so I just mix it into that bottle. I wouldn't use that milk exclusively - you're right!

@Andrea: When I looked into these (a few months ago) I was looking for a way out of pumping b/c pumping was so painful for me. You're so much more dedicated than I was.. If LO could handle my letdown and didn't have such bad reflux I would EBF so I didn't have to pump and do so many dishes.. hehe

I used them because they made my nipples not hurt so badly.
I didn't even care about the milk, they just made me feel almost normal. I'm not sure what it was about them...

@Andrea: Yeah,, the only benefit to exclusively pumping is that I have been building a pretty decent stash.. Although I need to be a more diligent pumper b/c my supply has stagnated at 25-30 oz. for the past month..
