Do you wash your hands-free pumping bra? I just looked at mine after several months of use and I think it could use a good washing! If you do wash it, do you just put it in the washing machine? Any tricks?

I used to put mine in the washer in a garment bag and hang to dry. It held up fine!

I just threw it in with my regular clothes every few weeks. I had the Medela ones.

I put mine in the washer in a garment bag and air dried it. Crap, this thread is reminding me to put my pump bra in my postpartum box in the closet along with my nursing covers.

i wash on delicate and dry on low--it seems sturdier than normal bras so i feel like it can handle the dryer. watch, it'll unravel this weekend or something.

I just made sure it was all zipped and tossed it in the regular wash! I have the Simple Wishes (I think) so nothing tricky about it.

I have a PumpEase and I wash it per their instructions on the site! Maybe it'll help deciding how to wash yours too?
"We recommend washing PumpEase by hand or machine in warm water, no bleach and hang to dry. In a pinch you could machine dry your PumpEase, however because of the spandex in the fabric, we don't recommend this on a regular basis as dryer heat will eventually break the spandex down"

I try to wash mine every week, but I use it so often (5x a day!) that I don't want to be stuck without it when I need to pump...I should probably buy a second one. Mine gets really gross....which means I should probably wash it even more frequently than I do. Okay, I'm disgusting. Officially.

I wash mine in a wash bag on cold in the washer. Hang to dry. It is a Simple Wishes one. I wash it about once a week. I ended up buying a second one since it takes so long to dry.

Thanks again for the feedback everybody! I have a Simple Wishes one and ended up taking the straps off and just putting it in with our clothes and then in the dryer, and it came out beautifully!
