Most of my close friends with kids breastfed their babies for at least a few months. I have another friend who used formula from the start because the thought of breastfeeding grossed her out.

Formula feeding. 1 tried breastfeeding but it wasn't for her and the other adopted. She actually was able to lactate but her daughter was lip tied and couldn't latch.
My sister breastfeed and my other sister formula feeds again for adoption.

I have 2 IRL friends that formula fed. One for medical reasons and the other for her own mental health. I also have at least one on-line friend who formula feeds.
It's nice to have experienced both and it has helped remind me to avoid being judgmental about lots of mama choices like epidural, CIO etc. We're all just trying to do what works for our families

All of my close friends breastfeed exclusively. That made me feel pretty crappy when I learned that I wouldn't be able to breastfeed exclusively myself. I constantly feel like I have to explain myself when I pull out my canister of formula, but I'm coming to terms with it.

I actually don't have any friends that have FF from the beginning, I have 1 friend that switched to FF at 6 months though. I really don't care how other people feed their babies though, in my mind FF and BF are equal.

II have many many friends with babies and I do not know a single one who formula feeds.

All of my friends have breastfed to a certain extent. Some longer than others and some had to supplement with formula.

All my friends breastfed at least for a few months. Most of them stopped at around 6 months for various reasons. I have 2 friends with babies born within 2 months of LO and they are still breastfeeding.

There are 5 of us who have babies very close together- 2 formula feed and 3 breastfeed. Nice to have some in every situation for support!

Almost everyone I personally know started breastfeeding but switched to formula at around 6 months. One started earlier because her son was low birth weight and wasn't gaining enough, another started from the beginning as her daughter was a preemie.

My new mommy friends all breastfeed, but my good friends from before mostly BF for a short while and then switched to formula.

All of my friends and family have breastfed at least for a little while. But some of my husbands family members formula fed from the beginning.

Everyone I know breastfed from the beginning. Some lasted a long time and others switched to formula after not too long.

Wel all tried breastfeeding in the beginning and it didn't work out due to supply for all of us. We all started formula feeding around 2 or 4 months. (Our babies were all born in the same month.LOL

Most of my friends breastfed or pumped exclusively. I have one friend who had a supply issue and switched to formula. I do have acquaintances and FB friends who used formula from the beginning.

They all have breastfed - one supplemented w/ formula from early on b/c of supply issues!
My sister had to pump and bottle feed with breastmilk with her first b/c she was a preemie and had trouble latching.

Most of my friends breastfeed, although I have a good friend who is formula feeding her second baby after breastfeeding her first. I'm very supportive of breastfeeding, so I appreciate it a lot when my breastfeeding friends are supportive of my decisions, as well.

Of my three friends who have kids, two formula fed and one breastfed. I know one of the formula girls tried to breastfeed, but she just had too much difficulty with it. I'm not sure about the other one (if she tried or not).

All but one breastfed. The one that didn't was because her son was allergic to her breastmilk.

Most have breastfed. I know 2 moms who formula fed from the very beginning because they were having problems with latching.

Almost all of them BF. I only have one friend who formula feeds.
