We don't even get a babysitter (yet) outside of family, and probably won't until LO is WAY older because I am a worry wart. However, I would probably never get a nanny cam. I used to be a nanny and would be pretty uncomfortable if I was being watched. If I don't feel completely comfortable with whoever is watching my LO than they probably shouldn't be watching her....what are your thoughts?

We have the ibaby monitor, which means we can watch the nursery from anywhere. But I don't really think to use it and would feel guilty spying. Of course, I will probably never need a babysitter that's not family, so that might have something to do with my feelings.
My husband likes to creep on me and the baby in the morning, though, when he's at work.

As horrible as this sounds, we do not trust DH's mom to watch our baby. She has some mental health issues and it makes us (me, especially) pretty uncomfortable to think about her watching our child. We know it is a touchy subject though, and we want to see if we can trust her if FIL is around, so we plan on using a nanny cam to spy on them when they watch LO.
