He was dressed as a WWII British paratrooper in the middle of a fancy hotel, meeting me for the first time because he came to see my date to the prom (who was an old friend of his in from out of state for a very short time, just long enough to take me to my prom). And that's how we met. It killed me.

Mine is my goofball dog, Max. He's got a toddler's personality, sheds like crazy, and barks up a storm. (He was a rescue because he's part Sheltie - they're talkative dogs, so they end up in shelters often.) DH got him, maybe, three days before we met. We love 'im.

Mine is from the line of decor called "happi tree". I was obsessed with it and totally thought we were going to have a girl and decorate her room in it. But now I'm pregnant with a boy, so the avatar is a little silly. But I hate to change because then no one will know who I am.

Markers, colored pencils, and my quirky imagination. I spent a lot of time either in the coffee shop or in my 'office' between classes so I decided I needed a self portrait of me as a coffee monster - and viola! She was born.
