Mine uses it like a pillow. While holding my boob in her arms she stops nursing, turns her head, and puts my nipple in her ear. Worlds greatest pillow.

Yes! And a lot of the times when he's passed out his fingers are still fidgeting and they twist my nipple. I just suffer through it because I don't want to wake him up!
