LO (19.5 months) has been literally waking up saying, "Mommy! Lunch! Mommy! Hungy! Mommy! Cheese! Mommy! Snack! Mommy! Ceweoo (cereal)!" She just shouts any and all food related words she knows until I come get her, and keeps it up through her diaper change and until I feed her.
A few months ago she could play or watch a show for 20 minutes before breakfast! I wonder if she is growing - or if she was always hungry but now has the words for it!

YES. We get up and it's all "Puch (pouch)! Minnow (raisins)! Nack (snack aka goldfish)! Milkies! Juice!" and I'm like, "Please let me go to the bathroom first."

Nah. He usually asks for the potty first thing, and then wants to get in our bed and read. He eats breakfast at daycare, though, but he usually has an applesauce pouch and a slice of bread (his request) on the way...before we leave he likes to put them in my purse to carry them to the car.
On the weekends after he uses the potty he wants to get into our bed and cuddle with me

DD asks for milk as soon as she wakes up. She has 8oz every single morning and then she eats breakfast at daycare. Not sure I see this changing anytime soon.

My Lo needs some time before eating usually. But he does have milk right after waking.

Usually DD (23 months) doesn't want anything to eat when she first wakes up. (Well, she often asks for cake first thing in the morning, but I choose to ignore that request.) Sometimes she'll ask for a yogurt about 15 minutes after she wakes up, but other times she doesn't want to eat anything for at least an hour.

LO did this consistently for over a year. Nothing like waking to a kid knocking on her door shouting for sausage at 4:30 in the morning.
My parents always said I was the same way. No diaper change or anything until I got my bottle.

No, he usually won't eat until he's been up for 30-45 minutes.
But he does want to nurse first thing. This morning I got up before him (which is pretty rare), and he woke up grumpy, signed "milk," and pointed at the pillow sternly, like "get back in bed, mama!"

Yes. Every morning it's "I want daddy and breakfast and my shows" 
(obv my husband is the only one who does the morning routine!)

Ever since we dropped her morning milk (well, dropped it in bottle form--she just won't drink it from a sippy), she wants to eat at least a snack immediately. We usually give her a banana or some fruit or a few crackers to tide her over till she eats her packed breakfast at daycare.

Before, no. He wouldn't be hungry till about an hour after he's woken up. However, this past month, he wakes up hungry! He wakes up and points directly at his high chair, indicating he wants food.

No, he usually chills out in his crib for up to an hour and then likes to get up and play. I have to try to convince him to go downstairs and eat breakfast.

He has to get a stuffed animal from his crib, go with me to let the dog out, and then he is usually ready to go straight to his high chair. Some mornings he will play for a few minutes first.

He usually wants his yogurt and/or milk right away. He doesn't want a meal right away though.

Yes - my 3.5 yr old wakes us up by coming to our bed and saying "HUNGRY!!"

He plays by himself in the crib for awhile, but as soon as we go in there he starts screaming "dinner! high chair! eat! hungry! waffle!" he then eats like four breakfasts in a row for the next hour. He is 16 months.

"Eat" is one of M's few words and he yells it from his crib.
D needs to be up for a bit at first.

Nope. Mine is like me and needs time to wake up. She's usually happy to have a bowl of blueberries right then, but she only picks at them until we've been up for a while. Toast or oatmeal she wouldn't usually touch for an hour or more. Thankfully preschool has a big snack in the mornings.

N wakes up and wants his milk and vitamins first thing. After milk and vitamins sometimes he plays while I make breakfast sometimes he asks for pancakes over and over from his chair (until I want to pull my hair out). Depends day to day. Heaven forbid it isn't pancake day when he is chanting for them.
