I just signed Charlie and Olive up for Korean school! This is a long-term commitment since it doesn't make sense to do it for a short period of time, so it took me a while to pull the trigger. But I have basically done nothing to teach them Korean so I'm excited for them to start!

We did Chinese school for one semester and it was rough, so we are taking a break. 3 hr every Sunday really sapped our weekend. I may try again when they are both old enough to be in the same class... Hope it goes well!

When he's a little older, I'd like to sign DS up for toddler Spanish activities then maybe proper classes later on if he's interested. I'm going to try and teach him a bit at home too.

@T-Mom: I was thinking of signing M up when she's 4 but that's a very good point on waiting till they can both attend. 3 hours child free on a weekend?! Say what?!

My two LOs are in a German-only daycare. When DS starts the equivalent of kindergarten, it will be at the French school.

My girls are in Spanish immersion pre-school. But when they are a little older, they'll probably do our local Filipino school (they teach language, dance and other aspects of culture). This is important to us since our second daughter is part Filipino.

I want to send DS to Chinese school soon, but now that I'm newly pregnant, I think I will hold off on that. It means sending them to different daycares and that's a headache to coordinate since the two places aren't close to one another. Maybe once the younger one is old enough to go, we'll transfer them both to Chinese school.
