My DD likes to eat instant oatmeal cold - add milk and she eats it like a bowl of cereal
She also ate a ketchup sandwich yesterday??

Ketchup sandwich, I bet my DS would love that, haha...
My kids like eating bread with butter and chocolate sprinkles. It' a Dutch/Indonesian treat though, so not weird to them.

Raw red onions! I always pick them off my food at restaurants, and he snatches them up and eats them! Eww.

@T-Mom: Oh I have seen that - I think they call it fairy bread? My kids love sprinkles so they would be in heaven if I gave them that!
@stargal: ketchup makes everything taste better
@grizz: wow! That's surprising!

Do Sandra Boynton books count? Cause we can't keep him from munching on their corners!

@Mamaof2: the sprinkles are called hagelslag and it looks like this. They are real chocolate sprinkles, not like the waxy kind from the ice cream store.
I just looked up fairy bread and that looks fun!

LO looooves kalamata olives, which really surprised me. I like them, but really thought they were gross until my 20s. I never would have eaten them as a kid!

does chalk count?
or goldfish that I throw on the driveway from the car seat?
We gave her Ketchup for the first time over the weekend. She would dip it in the fry and suck off the ketchup and repeat till she ended up eating the fry.

@T-Mom: mmmm, hagelslag. I hear they now have speculoos flavored ones in the Netherlands, I want to get my hands on some!

@MoonMoon: That sounds amazing... I have seen different flavors of hagelslag (DeRuijter brand) on Amazon and am always curious!

@T-Mom: me too! Maybe when lo is a little older, I'll use him as an excuse to order some, haha!

@Smurfette: hahaha. Does "anything stale she finds in the cracks of her carseat count?" So my kid.
Also, she likes to dip things into Sriracha sauce. Good thing the factory got approval to keep on making it.

She likes eating pickled jalapenos - I gave them to her to be kinda mean because she was fussing to have DH's from his salad, but she ended up loving them and goes crazy when ever she sees jalapenos now!

Dried anchovies
@Mamaof2: I like my oatmeal the same way!

@Smurfette: @mediagirl: We always joke that DS has a strong hunter/gatherer instinct - he is always finding Cheerios or goldfish in the most random places. Ewwww.
GOLD / wonderful coconut / 33402 posts
@mediagirl: @grizz: I will put the Goldfish container on the ground so she can get it while I bring the trash cans from the street, get bags out of the car, but nope she eats them off the driveway. So gross!

So far, kimchi, pickles, olives. Which kind of surprises me at her age .

my DD likes spicy thai food. She will eat it and stop look at us and say spicyyy and then keep eating it

She was dipping her hamburger in a bowl of cheerios yesterday at dinner? She also dips veggies in yogurt.
She also has no issue with spice. We had some adult family members complaining of the spiciness of baked beans at a picnic, and she was using her fingers to lick up the remaining sauce off her place saying "YUMM" the kid is not phased what so ever by heat.

She ate a bowl full of tahini for dinner last night.
She also eats onions like apples and loves raw garlic cloves.

Pickles, which surprises me. He also enjoys feta, which is gross to me. HAH.
He has also been known to try and eat the little paper circles from hole punches.

@T-Mom: my husband totally at that as a kid!! His mom is Dutch.
One day my son wanted to eat spoonfuls of flaxmeal. So weird!!
