The in laws came over today and our house was so loud and there was so much wildness going on! LO had lots of fun, but she barely ate anything.
Her cousin (2 months older) barely ate anything too.
Maybe they were too excited and distracted to eat?

She's always a good eater (that's why she weighs so much!) People will be all around her trying to get her attention, saying "clap your hands! " "say cheese! " etc and she ignores them and eats.

@chopsuey119: it was the best at her birthday party. Thirty people were sitting there looking at her, talking to her and about her, taking pictures, and she just sat there eating cake like it was just her by herself!

No, my son doesn't eat well when we're out or around other people. He wants to play and he gets too distracted. But it's okay, he makes up for it at other meals!

My son actually eats better when there are other people around. He generally is better behaved too when others are around. He likes the attention and likes tonshow off that he's a good boy.

DS eats wells around others even though he is super nosey! He'll take a bite and turn his head to check things out at the same time. He's been loving all of the attention he's been getting from the hotel restaurant staff!
