I used to have to make LO her own separate meals because she would never eat what we ate. Now for the most part she will eat everything I eat, especially if it comes off of my plate. She only wants my food!

In terms of eating adult/table food, yeah, LO will eat it. But on a daily basis, I have to make her meals separately because she eats dinner super early.
