@mrbee: Our LO is too little, but I remember hearing about a coworker who got one for her child in daycare. I think our entire elevator laughed about it since it seemed silly.

@mrbee: I can't remember offhand. It was one of the funniest elevator trips ever.

Daycare sends a sheet home every day. It's not a report card, it's just a report of their day. Yet...it says the same thing every day and every child's is the same (other than wet/bm dipes). There's no "special" info for your child. Meh.

Daily sheets and parent conferences 3x a year

@mrbee: I have no idea but we've been trying almost on a daily basis! We keep trying things like hopping like a bunny, even jumping on the couch (that was DH's idea, not mine)...But still nothing. But yeah, she sure knows her animals. The latest one: Lemur.

My LO is 4 and she has been getting them since she was two. I love them, it is interesting to see what she excels in and what she is still working on. Math, Art and Verbal skills are always strong.... major motor skills not so much =D

@Rubies my DD couldn't jump with two feet for the longest time... eventually she got there =D

We received DS's first report card a few weeks ago for pre-k (he's 4) and honestly, it caught us off guard but it was so nice to have feedback outside of our families and friends. His speech needs to improve, he skips over the number 15 when he counts and he couldn't remember his birthday but everything else was great.
