I don't know if she has had it in the past year. I'm guessing she likes it, though...she likes most green veggies (other than roughage).

they love it. one of their favorite veggies. we saute it in butter with salt and pepper.

Yes, when sautéed in butter and garlic.

I think it's hard for her to chew...it's always kind of stringy, if that makes sense. Maybe I'm not cooking it right, but she'll chew and chew and then spit it out.

Honestly i don't know if she's ever had it, i hate it and never make it.
