Yes, and it's gross. She also sucks on her fingers and twirls her hair when she's tired, so she gets little dreads dried with spit.

All the time! Sooo gross and his hair is long too because I can't bear the thought of cutting the hair he was born with. Luckily bathtime is usually after dinner but you can definitely tell which are the days when we skip the hair washing.

omygawdd YES... i am vigilant about sitting next to her while she eats and wiping her hands every few minutes because I don't want her running her hands through her hair. She hates "dirtiness" though, so if I say "don't do that, it's dirty!"... she'll respond with, "ewwww... YUCKY!!!" and not do it.
