My lo likes to list off what she wants for breakfast. Typically she wants "a waffle, strawberries, eggs, sausage, and milk." And there is typically at least one meltdown when we mention that this morning, we're having oatmeal...

Yup, she typically wants bao bao (her favorite is egg custard) for breakfast or oatmeal. And waffles, pancakes or cereal.
Lately if we ask what she wants to eat for dinner she'll respond "everything!". Lol
Typically her response for dinner is chicken, rice and broccoli or noodles. -

When we ask D what he wants to eat, 90% of the time it's chicken nuggets. For breakfast, it's usually oh-ohs (Cheerios) or [English] muffin with peanut butter.

Usually just the "big item." sandwich, spaghetti, pizza, waffle. she usually doesn't get too specific with the sides.
