Or do you get them a different cup for each meal?
We just use the same cup all day. We dump out/refill their water as needed and rinse off the outside if it gets dirty. I'm too lazy to wash 6 cups a day. My girls only drink water though, so I suppose if they were drinking milk/juice that would make a difference.

Yep, same cup. We'll just rinse it out and put it in the fridge in between use.

She only drinks water. We rinse the outside as needed and often times she will use the same one two days in a row. I just put it in the fridge overnight.

I wash her meal cup after every use because we give her juice or milk with meals. Her water cup is available to her anytime and I rinse it during refills throughout the day but wash it at night.

Same water cup all day, sometimes two. Same milk cup too, but I put it in the fridge between meals. She doesn't drink that much milk so is be pouring out as much as she was drinking.

Same water cup all day filled as needed. Sometimes when I've forgot to wash it at night he'll drink out of it the next morning.
He has milk in an open cup at meals, so that gets washed between meals and his sippy of milk before bed goes in the fridge for the morning if he doesn't drink it all.

I have to wash the cup(s) every time he uses it because I use it at meals and he gets food all over it and even in the water.

Same cups. The milk cup stays in the fridge. I can never predict how much she will drink and I hate dumping it.

Nope because she generally drinks soy milk and the cup gets dirty at meals.
