Naps have always been a huge struggle for us, and nightime sleep is becoming an issue, too. I know it's crazy, but I have this irrational system that I grade myself on, and it totally depends on how well (or poorly) my LO naps and sleeps. In my head, I know that having a good sleeper isn't my #1 goal as a parent, but I still blame her poor naps and night wake-ups on my poor parenting. Am I alone in this? Please tell me I'm not!
