Does anyone know how these compare to FRER and Wondfo? I just discovered them and wondering if reliable.

I never used one but I've heard they're just as good...and my doctor's office uses them!

I got my faint positive on a dollar store test & confirmed with the first response.

I think that if your are pregnant, you are pregnant. It doesn't matter what kind of HPT you use. (Says a girl who has never been pregnant.)

I used these to find out I was pregnant with DD. They're super reliable from my experience. If I'm remembering correctly they are either just as sensitive or almost as sensitive as frers.

@Maysprout: I was reading somewhere else that there's a huge controversy over blue line vs. pink line tests. What's that about?

I got a very faint BFP on a dollar store test, it was what prompted me to get a frer.

They worked the same for me as the FRER did! Got my BFP on both the same day. FRER was a little more obvious.

@HLK208: oh gees!! What a let down!! Well I really can't give advice on this topic because I only use digital tests.

They work fine. I got a faint positive at 13 DPO then used a frer at 14 DPO. That one ended in a mc.
When I had a twin pregnancy the pregnant line came up before the control line at 14 DPO.

@MrsMcD: be careful with digi tests too. there are false on some of them. clearblue seems to have the most

@mrskoloa: blue line tests can sometimes give you evap lines-false positives that show after you're outside of the window where a real positive line would show up.

@LovelyPlum: Just to clarify, you're saying the blue-line tests sometimes show a second line, after the ten minute window in which the test is supposed to work?

I've used dollar store and blue dye HPTs and had no issues a few times!

I heard they're all the same, but I got a BFN on a dollar store test the same morning I got a BFP on a digi.

@mrskoloa: I got 2 false pos from blue line tests - they were bought as a pair. I read them within the timeframe too. My dollar store tests were still neg so I thought that they just weren't as sensitive. But I def wasn't pregnant - I hadn't even gotten af back from lo1 so not a chemical pregnancy.

@Maysprout: To be fair it is possible to be pregnant even if you didn't get AF back after your first pregnancy yet. Happened to my mom between myself and my sister. That said, those blue dye tests were probably just faulty. Ive heard often that they can give false positives.

Every hospital I've ever worked for has used the same tests! They worked for me - DS is 4 months

The tests I used in Thailand were basically dollar store tests and they all said positive and I was.

@pui: I'm 8 months pregnant now and haven't had a period since August 2010
But I'm saying when I got the false positive pregnancy test I wasnt pregnant then and there was no way it could have been a chemical pregnancy since AF did not return afterwards (ie no bleeding that could be confused with a miscarriage). I didn't end up pregnant with #2 until 4-5 months later so for me there was no question that these were faulty tests.

I used them and got my BFP. I took a digital later that day to confirm.
