Does anyone take Domperidone?
If so is it working for you? How did you get it?

I was taking it when my supply tanked at 4 months - it was GREAT! At least doubled my supply while I was taking 3 pills 3 times a day. Supply slowly dipped while weaning off of it but I exclusively breastfed until 7 months when he started solids.
I got a prescription from my lactation consultant but my (excellent, premium plan) insurance didn't cover it. I also could only get it at a compounding pharmacy. It was $180 a month. -
i'm taking it and have been taking it for around 2 months now (baby is 3 months) -- to be honest I haven't noticed too much of a difference, I still have a pretty low supply and need to supplement with formula after every feed. I got a prescription from my family doctor and cost about 22$ for 100 pills. (I'm in Canada).

Yes! It definitely worked for me! My supply tanked in a couple of days after some latch issues and I took 12 pills a day (+ fenugreek and blessed thistle) for 3 weeks and I actually went into oversupply. I still take the domperidone now (@ 6.5 months pp) in the afternoon and evening.

@junebugmama: yes, I got a 6 month prescription from my midwife.
