Been reading a lot about sleep and am considering moving T up to an "early" bedtime (ie before 7 pm). One of my concerns is that he sleeps 10 hours (in varying combinations) on the button. Ie 745-545, 9-7, 8-6 etc. One of the reasons I want to try an early bedtime is that I don't think he gets enough sleep overall. So I'm worried if I put him down at 630 he will be up for the day at 430. I've tried to get him to bed super early once and he freaked.
So I'm wondering if you tried an early bedtime did it impact the overall hours your child slept?
