Having some friends over for lunch who have been dealing with food allergies (1 year old and her still breastfeeding mama). They have recently been cleared to have dairy in things (so something baked with milk would be ok, but cheese is not) and same with eggs. No straight up soy but can have soy products in the ingredients of things. Previously they were on a total mspi diet plus no eggs at all.

You know how once someone says they can't have something it's all you can think of? Now I can't think of anything to make.

So recommendations for easy, make ahead things I can serve? We will have a 3 toddlers total and 3 adults eating.
