My husband and I have been trying to incorporate more foods, textures, tastes into LO's diet. Her ped. told us to try to get her to eat some richer foods to put on a lil more weight. She's a bit on the picky side. She's only even enthusiastic about eating if it's yogurt or fruit! We're both working parents, so time with the baby is valuable to us in the evenings and weekends. Neither of us wants to spend a huge amount of time preparing meals for ourselves and the baby.

What meals do/did you prepare for yourself with your little one in mind? Or any creative, simple meals for a picky lil 10 month old?
