@TiredmommaMD: Don't worry! 2 days is a short trip!

I have done several work trips at various ages and for various lengths.

The biggest thing is to make sure you are able to keep pumping on your trip to keep up with a good supply. When I travel I usually try to get at least 1 extra session compared to the normal amount of feedings (so if we normally feed/pump 6 times, I try to pump 7 times in a 24 hr period). Also be prepared you may have to pump for a few extra minutes during each session (my baby would only nurse each side for about 15 minutes but I needed to pump 20-25 minutes to really feel drained but by double pumping that wasn't a huge increase in time).

Also, make sure whoever will be home with baby knows the schedule and how to handle milk.

If the bottle was heated but baby didn't take, I put back in the fridge to use the next feeding.

If bottle was warmed and baby started drinking but didn't finish, I would have them save and see if baby needed it within the next 90 minutes or so. If not, after that point it needed to be dumped.

I bet she'll be just fine! 2 days is a pretty short trip. I took a few work trips away from LO while he was breastfeeding and the only time there was any trouble was after an 11 day trip. The first time I tried nursing he wasn't interested, but then by the second time all was good. So like @snowjewelz recommended - if you run into any issues on your return just keep offering.

I'd also second @T.H.O.U.'s recommendation to add an extra pump. On my longer trips I did see a little bit of a supply decline after I got back, but I also was pumping either the same # of times (or less!) during my travels - so if possible I would avoid doing what I did
