I am set to start injections for our IVF cycle in just under two weeks and wanted to get some feedback about working out while you are going through IVF.

The nurse at my RE's office told me no high impact exercise, and I am going to ask more specific questions about that at my next appointment, but I know I shouldn't run, etc.

My typical workout consists of 40 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill, and then strength training for 30 minutes (with the machines). I know the weights/machines are probably not the best idea (especially crunches), but what about the speed walking? I am not running, but I am walking very quickly.

What did you all do for exercise during your IVF cycle(s)?
