Does anyone's LO ever have explosive pukes while nursing?

I didn't have this with my first, and it's beginning to happen more often (he is almost 7w).

He will be nursing and suddenly be puking out his nose, mouth, and more liquid/breast milk thank I could imagine is spewing out of him. He panics of course, and it's no fun at all.

Tried burping him more often, pumping before feeding. There isn't a trend in time of day, which breast, or anything that way. At first I thought he was startling himself when near falling asleep, but he's done it wide awake too.

I'm not sure if it's because he's congested? He's been congested nearly a month now, our whole house is one big bad cold.

I will make sure I mention this at his next appt in a couple weeks.
