How do you get your nipple out of their mouth? Every time I move he chomps down again. It's doing a number to my nipples when I pull him off on top of the damage breast feeding does already!

I would stick my finger in the corner of his mouth to break the suction, and sometimes pry his jaw open

Same as @Penny Lane: stick a pinky in the side of her mouth. She always sucks if I try to move the nipple out.
I'm guessing we are up doing the same thing right now. -
Yep, stick a pinky in his mouth to break the suction. I have to do this if he has a bad latch. Otherwise, he hangs on... ouch.
