What is your favorite sound machine? We have the sleep sheep, and we love it except for the timer! LO wakes up after it turns off, so I'm looking for something that can play continuously. Any suggestions?

Right now I use an old iPhone and a portable speaker . . . it works great! We had the same problem with the Sleep Sheep too.

We like the Ecotones sound machine. It's the only one I could tolerate.

If you're just looking for some constant white noise, we just use a fan. It's worked for our LO since birth!

I found a home medics one at bed bath and beyond that you can use a timer with or not. I use it in the car on long trips

The sleep sheep will play continuously if you keep the switch in the middle! One side is 20-ish minutes, the other side is 40-ish, If you toggle slowly, there is a middle area that lets it play continuously. We bought rechargeable batteries because of this.

The marpac dohm! I wish I would have skipped the sleep sheep and put the $25 toward the dohm....It's just loud enough to block everything out.

We use the Graco one and like it.
Also had NO idea about the middle sleep sheep button!!!! There is also a new sleep sheep out that turns itself on if it detects sounds from your LO. Just saw it the other day at buybuybaby
