@nana87: hang in there, lots of women have bleeding early on and go one to have beautiful babies!

I don't have a lot of hope for this month, given recent events (another chemical last month, news about low AMH) and this month's timing. But I'm due February 21, and ya'll know I can't wait for AF to show without testing. My guess is I'll hold out until 18th/19th.....

@Mrs. D: thanks! I'm trying to hold out hope, but this (it's bright red and increasingly heavy) plus fading/faint lines have me feeling pretty pessimistic.

@nana87: sorry to hear this
I tested today at 10dpo, for a don't think that'll change as I've gotten both my other positives at 8/9dpo. I had high hopes for this cycle as I was completely weaned bf'ing and we had pretty good timing. Oh well

@MrsB2012: this is my first cycle totally weaned too. 10 dpo is still pretty early.

@nana87: I'm so sorry! I was just updating based on what was posted here. hugs!

@MrsB2012: @winniebee: do you all think weaning is related to stickiness? I thought lo was weaning last month but she had other ideas
hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts
@nana87: well....I've had 5 losses. 4 of which were chemical (positive test and then period on time or a week late...confirmed 2x with betas) after DS2 and while nursing/ weaning. Last one, he was nursing only once a day or every other day. My OB seems to think it was just bad luck rather than nursing, since many women nurse their entire pregnancies without issues. Also, my progesterone is/was normal. But, anecdotally I hear some women have trouble getting pregnant or staying pregnant while nursing. I've had other blood work done for repeat losses, and I may have another issue that is contributing.

So I hope it's ok to join this late in the month and hoping that I have got all these details correct! Tentatively joining after finally deciding to go for #2!!

TTC Cycle: 1 (kinda tried last month, but timing was majorly off!)
Ovulation Date: 2/15
POAS Date:2/29

What's up this month: Not much - house hunting so that is keeping me occupied!
For Fun - Valentine's day... Love it? hate it? plans? Like it - going out to dinner!
Good luck to all you ladies!!

Feeling so crampy today (7dpo). My LP fluctuates so I hope AF isn't going to come early but that's exactly what my cramps feel like.

@nana87: I am so sorry to hear that.
This cycle has been weird for me. I've had "ovulation" pain since Friday which is super unusual. I also haven't ovulated yet (no positive OPK yet, and my temps haven't risen). I called and will see my doctor tomorrow unless the pain goes away. I'm kind of scared, I really hope there's nothing wrong. I also had some bleeding after ovulation last cycle, not sure if the two are related.
I'm hoping it's a harmless and nothing that affects fertility.

Hey everyone! I am new here, needed some ladies to chat with about TTC that wouldn't have the only response of "relax and then it will happen"
Cycle Day: 15
TTC Cycle: 7
Ovulation Date: 2/7
POAS Date:2/19
Baby #: fx for #1
What's up this month: Nothing that exciting- trying to keep myself occupied
For Fun - Valentine's day... Love it? hate it? plans?
Love it- but no plans, probably just a low key dinner @ home to avoid the crowds and the cost.

@Shizaz: I hope it all goes okay for you. Maybe your doc can give you some answers.

@artsyfartsy: Thank you. Me too. As long as fertility isn't being effected, I can live with the pain. It sucks, but I can do it! I hope your cramping isn't because AF is on it's way. I hope the cramping is a good sign for you instead.

Period was supposed to come today, but still nothing. Tested the last few days and again this morning and BFN. My body has been so weird though - unlike I've ever felt before: bloating, cramping, metallic taste in my mouth, suddenly tomatoes make me gag, super sensitive nose, crazy tired, a bit of a cold, emotional outbursts of tears. I've had many of the typical symptoms, and yet, nothing so far. Wtf is up with my body? I would really just like to know one way or another!
Congrats to all the BFP ladies! And I'm sorry to those moving onto the next cycle. It's really hard to deal with this emotional roller coaster. I wish you all baby luck for next cycle!

@MrsATown517: Welcome! Glad you joined us GOod luck this month
@teaparty: ah, limbo, the worst place to be! Good luck to you
For me, I'm 11dpo, which is good, because it's only the second time in 6 months that my luteal phase has been longer than 9 days. Bad, because it's still a BFN on my wondfos. I have one FRER, but I probably won't use it unless I still don't get AF in a day or two.

@MrsB2012: 11dpo here also. Didn't test morning. I had a BFN yesterday evening. I had a pin dot of pink this morning. If it's IB, then it's super late. I think I'll wait another 2 days. when you do test! And glad your LP is looking good!

@MrsB2012: @marley: FX for both of you!!
I'm 8dpo today. So far I haven't had the urge to test. This week seems to be flying by so I hope Sunday comes soon. I have a good feeling about this cycle, but I said that last two month too.
nectarine / 2466 posts
@marley: apparently 11 dpo is the most common day for implantation, so hopefully that's what that pink dot was
@artsyfartsy: haha, hopefully this cycle is good to you

Another negative this morning at 8dpo but I am feeling very bloated this afternoon!
Thinking good thoughts for all you ladies!!

So, CD 17 and not even close to a positive OPK. Hoping I O soon! If not, Provera it is! I am scheduled for an IUI next cycle, so I'm not too crushed about my lack of ovulation. Hoping though, that I do O sometime this weekend! We will see!! It does not look like I will POAS this month. Will update if I do O! Rooting for you all!!
Praying we get some BFP's soon!!

I went to the doctor yesterday about my painful ovulation. Tuesday night, the pain woke me up at night and it was SO bad. Luckily though, my doctor said that it sounded to her just like painful one this month, but did not believe it was anything other than that.
I also noticed that my temp rose yesterday, so I think that horrible pain was the ovulation actually happening.
So that was good news. Now to wait patiently for the next two weeks to go by quickly.

After the longest cycle ever last month (I didn't ovulate until like CD 29), I am PRETTY sure I'm on the rise - today is CD 18! I'm a slow riser, and got my first positive OPK yesterday... just in time because I had been away on a work trip.
So, to be confirmed, but I think I'm in my TWW (FX) and that would change my test day to much earlier.

@Shizaz: sorry to hear that ovulation was so painful for you this time.
@marley: I feel you. I also had a BFN today at 12dpo. See you in the March board
@narwhal: yay, for a much more normal cycle this month!
kiwi / 706 posts
@MrsB2012: March will be my 6th cycle. I seriously didn't think it would take this long. This time around has been a very humbling experience indeed. It might be one of my last attempts too, as I do not want a 5 year gap.
cantaloupe / 6692 posts
@marley: @MrsB2012: Ugh I'm sorry. FX for March!
@narwhal: Awesome!!
cantaloupe / 6692 posts
I don't feel anything this time. Last TWWs I could convince myself I was having so many symptoms. This time (9dpo today) I really don't feel anything other than mild PMS.
nectarine / 2466 posts
@marley: March is my 5th cycle. I'm in the exact same boat as you. It only took 2 cycles to conceive both my girls, so this is, as you say, very humbling. Im not sure what to do if it continues to take time. At what point do I go and talk to my dr, that kind of stuff.

@MrsB2012: I'm going to set up an appointment as soon as AF comes and goes. I want to know what my options are without resorting to anything invasive. I didn't even try with my DD. Sigh.

Blood work today confirmed what I already knew, BFN. Onto cycle #3 with an RE. They are suggesting the same protocol.
