@LindsayInNYC: my cycles are super wonky, like some 100+ days & AF induced by dr with provera (omg I hate that stuff!), but I have a clearblue easy fertility monitor & I loooove it! I totally would have missed O without it this month! I didn't have any EWCM & don't chart because I get up frequently during the night. It might take a cycle or two to figure out your cycles etc, but I find it very helpful & would recommend it to anyone trying to better time their BD'ing. It is $$$ and the cost of sticks adds up, but hopefully you would need to use it very long : )

AF showed up.. So my crazy first cycle off depo is coming to an end.. This cycle ended up being 34 days.. I'm hoping to get back to 28 this next cycle..

@LindsayInNYC: we can't get the smiley face ones over here but if you wanted to save money you could always use cheapie line ones and if you had one that looked positive, use the same collected urine to test with a smiley face one.

I keep getting the crazy-lightest tests. I doctored this one a little to make the test line more noticeable. It was within the 10 minutes and it's blue (not gray), so it's not an evap. But the tests won't get darker! Arggghh.

@Beetones: Nope, I learned that lesson, haha. It's a regular line test. I felt like I could get a better picture with the strip out of the plastic.

@MrsCB: i've cracked open a digital and found two line before after a negative reading, turns out you can't read them! even if there are two lines, it doesn't indicate pregnancy =( although, the internet cheapies you posted have me very hopeful for you, just don't put too much weight on trying to read the strip within the digital.

@mrs. bird: I learned that earlier this week when I took apart a digital, haha. There's definitely a line I can see in person, especially now that's dried.
This is the test put back together, mostly unmodified.

Yesterday was the best Valentine's Day ever for DH and I! I took a cheap wondfo at what was either 10dpo or 13dpo (I think 10) and got a faint line. This morning I took a FRER and a digi. After our mc in March, being told that I have PCOS and that we have a less than 5% chance of getting pregnant on our own, and then the RE promising he'd get me a baby I have never been so happy!!
