Well, I'm out. Just started my period this morning. I was only 9 DPO... I am never going to get pregnant if my luteal phase is this short. Last cycle my period started 10 DPO.
I'm not so upset about getting AF and rolling over to the next month... but I am really concerned about getting my period so early. Uggggh.

@MrsADS: I had this going on too and started taking B complex. It really helped. Sorry you are out!!
Meanwhile, over here, I'm at cd 8 and my temps have been so high pre-o- they are as high as my post-o temps the last two cycles! Never had this before! Grrr! Just when you think you get your body.... -

the good thing is there is a lot you can do to lengthen it, like travellingbee said, you can try B complex.

@simplyfelicity: That was taken on DPO 13, I held off from testing sooner until I missed AF. Well she was due yesterday and I couldn't wait until morning, so I tested last night!

@LuLu Mom: Those are some incredible lines for 13 dpo! I did the same thing and waited to test until 15 dpo and the lines were blazing. I definitely prefer waiting until AF is late. Anyway, congratulations again!

Some more cramping today so I'm really holding out hope for a BFP but for some reason I just don't feel like it will happen as quickly for me with #2. Plus I still nurse my DD at night and understand that conceiving can take a while longer. But I've had my period back for over a year. Fingers crossed! Curious question for those of you who chart: have you ever had a stretch where your temp was exactly the same every day? I've noticed that 97.3 seems to be my body's "default," but this cycle it's been exactly 97.3 on waking every day for eight straight days! That's never happened before. (I know my thermometer is working because I've used it at other times of day to check, and the temps are different.) I'm wondering if it's because I'm on summer break and I've been relaxing/sleeping more.

@angelachase: I've never had a 'stretch' of that, but I have had it happen 2 days in a row. FF says that's a problem with your thermometer, but I doubt it's a problem.

So I didn't have any alcohol lady night and this morning my temperature was almost .5 degree lower! Crazy! I guess I know why it was so high the past few days!
Problem, though. It is cd9 and we're supposed to kick it into baby mode tomorrow but my DH now is sick with a high fever and maybe strep?! We're going to am urgent care this am. Argh!!! -
Thank you everyone! I took another one this morning and it was definitely darker, just hasn't sunk in yet!

@yellowbird: if I go by last period it's April 1st, if I use date conceived it's March 31st. I'll probably stay March since it's my second. I guess that would make sense?
