D doesn't wake up but I would say plan 4 ounces per typical feeding that you'll be gone for. Unless she only ate a few times a day. I'd say 4 ounces is good if she still eats 6-8 times a day.

i think 4 oz per feeding is also a good number--she may not drink all of it, particularly if she wakes up twice, but better to have too much than too little! if it's rare that she wakes up a second time, and if you're comfortable with it, you could give your parents a pack of those premixed formulas, for emergency purposes. we supplemented with those in the first couple of weeks and they are super easy to use.
