Did you go into labor before 40 weeks?
Did they get more frequent/intense in later weeks?
I've been having them for about 4 weeks (am 30 weeks now). I get them every day, sometimes every hour, sometimes multiple times an hour. My midwife said not to read anything into them, really, but I can't help but wonder!

I went into labor 2 days past my due date.
They definitely got more intense and were coming pretty frequently as I progressed.

@chopsuey119: When did you start getting them? I can't tell if they are getting more frequent or intense yet. Sometimes frequent, sometimes not.

@winniebee: I think they started between week 20-25. My memory is foggy. I know they started early though.

Im 31 weeks and have been getting them fr a coupe weeks now. Dr says not to worry, and that they usually start early but most dont notice them

I started with one or two a day...like my whole stomach was clenching or it would feel like cramps. 2 days before u went into labor I could time them semi-consistently for a few hours before they would taper off. I went into labor naturally and had lo exactly one week early.

All I can tell you so far is that they've been getting more intense as the weeks go by, but not really more frequent. (I've been experiencing then on average 1-3 times per hour for weeks now.) At 37+3 I was 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced, so it looks like they are at least doing a little work to prepare me for labor....

I got them a lot between 16-22 weeks, and then I have barely gotten any since then (now 33 weeks). It is weird, and I keep waiting for them to come back!

i started getting them early too, like 20 weeks or so. didn't realize what they were though. i'm now 37 weeks and show no signs of labor. with twins.

Mine started around 24 weeks, anytime I found myself doing waaay too much. Definitely a good signal for me to chill out and relax for a while.
Yes, I went into labor at 39 weeks, 1 day.
Yes, I guess so now that I think of it- the last few weeks, just taking the dog for his daily walk would make them kick in more. What really got worse for me though was migraines.
