Please tell me about your experience! How hard/ easy was it to coordinate? I worry about the roller coaster hormones after birth, lack of sleep and trying to nurse two LOs 
Please share the good, bad and ugly! Also how hard is it to nurse two LOs at once? Mine will be 19 months apart.

@Beyond2: I made sure baby 2 was fed first before feeding baby 1. Mine are 20 months apart. When DS was born DD was down to 1-2 nursing sessions a day, but she wanted to nurse more after he arrived. Nursing her helped a lot with engorgement and it helped my supply a lot too.

I did simultaneous when I could. It was a great way to keep everyone entertained LOL

we pretty much never nursed at the same time because the older one is not into sharing...haha
