I just organizing my freezer today and realized I have a 166oz freezer stash!! I didn't think I had that much- I guess the 2 am wake ups to pump since LO started sttn is worth it (even if I curse it when my alarm ring at 2 am!)

About 30 oz! I'm very, very proud of that though. I only make enough for 50% of her intake, so I try to give her every single drop that I make each day. I only want a small surplus for emergencies.

I'm having a really hard time pumping.. I barely get an ounce after 20 mins.. So my stash is pathetic. I have no idea how I'm going to keep up when she goes to day care.

I have 330 ounces. If we keep up at the pace that we've been freezing, I'll be done pumping by the middle/end of August..

I have a lot. I bought 375 (350 honeysuckle, 25 Laninsoh) pumping bags and I have 195 bags left. I'm not sure of the total ounces but a lot of the bags have 7-8 in there...I hope it won't be a problem when I defrost them!

I built up a stash of 68.5 oz before returning to work. Not sure where it stands now, I just organize by date and don't count the ounces. I do add to it and remove from it every day so it's constantly changing.

@highwire: I told DH that whatever I get from selling my pump is going towards cute bras in the right size. I've been wearing bras that are too small and plain, utilitarian white for the last 7+ months. I want lace, and pretty, and the right fit!

@bookworm: are you pumping after nursing? Are your flanges the right size? When my flanges were too big, aside from pain, I didn't pump nearly as much as once I got the flange size corrected (I had to go down in size not up like most people).

I have 60 oz. in the freezer right now but LO is only four weeks old today. I'm also waiting for bigger flanges to arrive because I'm pretty certain I need bigger ones!

@purrpletulips: I had tried a couple sizes, but your response promoted me to try another...and I tried doing some massaging while pumping as well...and holy crap, I got 3.5oz!!! In one session! Wheee! Thanks for your advice, it was a good push to try harder at this

I have almost 50 oz, and my baby is only 10 days old! Having a bit of oversupply problem I think.....but I figure that's okay if I can stop pumping/Bfing early and still have a lot left to give LO one day,

@purrpletulips: how do you know if the fit is correct? One side I get about 5oz from and the other is about 1 oz when I pump- maybe that side is too big/ small? How do I know which one to get!?
Ladies with huge stashes- how often are you pumping? I only pump at 2am, should I pump one side while LO eats on the other to add to my supply?

I have a measly 16 ounces. But I'm nursing, then pumping. Then what I pump goes into a bottle (at least an ounce or two) to be mixed in with formula to total 4 ounces, which E gets 3-4 times a day. Anything beyond that gets saved.
I wish I knew how much he was getting with nursing to try and decrease the number of supplemental bottles we're giving him, but our household stuff (and baby scale) doesn't get here until Monday. 
It would be nice to exclusively pump for stash alone!

@cheert16: I just dropped from 6 to 5 sessions. I EP, though. Thinking about dropping down to 4 soon. Before my boys started solids, they were eating 30 oz each a day, so I was always nervous to drop any sessions. Now they eat 20-25 oz/day plus solids. I probably produce around 65 oz a day. DH calls me a mama cow, haha!

Hmm. I've probably donated 700+ oz and have 400 oz left. I also threw 200 oz out in the beginning before I knew about donating and was running out of room in my freezer. I was really crazy about pumping early on so I produce about 10oz extra per day. I'm trying to cut down the time I pump because I'm getting a little sick of it and hopefully my body will respond and not produce as much.

@cheert16: I knew the fit wasn't right because my breasts hurt all the time and a lot of my breast was being pulled into the flange when I pumped. It is possible that you may need different flange sizes for each breast, one of the LLL leaders in the group I attend is a postpartum doula and said that she often finds that mothers need two different sizes. There are a few websites that have pictures of what a too big, too small and just right flange fit should look like. @Pepper: Right now, I pump once a day right after LO's morning feed. But I'm waiting on new flanges and I'm probably going to switch to exclusively pumping four or five times a day.
