Can I successfully freeze cooked chunks of fruit (like apples)? LO doesn't eat purées much anymore, but I still want to have some of the harder fruits on hand for quick consumption.

I've frozen mango chutney before, so I would say yes. It came out fine once it was dethawed.

I don’t see why not; I would probably lay the fruit out on a baking sheet and put in the freezer so they freeze individually; then bag them up, so they don’t all smoosh together in a baggie and turn into a big ball of frozen fruit!
