And it wasn't bad at all! I was so nervous for nothing.

Before we started I asked the Dr. how long it would take and she said about 20 minutes. The entire thing took no longer than 2-3 minutes tops! It was only a little longer than my annual pap test. And I didn't experience any cramping like I've been told can happen, so I feel pretty lucky.

The scariest part was laying down on the exam table and putting my feet high up in the stirrups. My legs were straight up in the air with a blanket over them so I couldn't see what was happening.

Just wanted to share my experience for others who are about to go through this! I know it's different for everyone, but I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and painless it was.
